General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site.

Refund Policy

Unless specified elsewhere with regard to any particular contract for services, any such agreement may be terminated at will be either party by seven (7) days written notice. In the event of such termination any retainer remaining after costs and fees will be returned. Flat fees are not refundable, but may be returned/reduced at the sole discretion of Edward R. Molari, Attorney at Law after compensation of actual hours worked at the rate of $450/hour, plus costs, and at a minimum fee of $500. After a thirty (30) day grace period, any outstanding balance of $500 or more, or failure to satisfy the compensation terms listed above, shall constitute grounds for termination of the contract and of representation in any or all matters by either party upon seven (7) days written notice.
